Previous Works
This literature review above was when I researched the health effects arising from tanning beds compared to the effects of using sunless tanning products. I researched both sides of this paper and found many poor side effects of using either option, and I finalized my paper by stating that following the recommendations of public health officials and using no other product than the natural sun with protective factors is the best option.
This literature review above was when I researched social media usage in college students and the toll it takes on them-- both good and bad. I looked at theories such as the Social Cognitive Theory and the Health Belief Model to gain insight into social media habits. I finished the paper by stating how students should be able to look at the benefits and detriments of social media and find an equal balance for the best outcome overall.
